Access to online resources off-campus is not available to volunteers or observers.  Access is only available on campus through a secured network connection.

Volunteers and observers at Mount Sinai have access to the library's electronic collection of resources only through computers that are connected to a secured Mount Sinai network on campus. Volunteers and observers have the option to use any of the public computers in the Levy Library on the 11th floor of the Annenberg building, any computer in your department that has a wired network connection, or any portable computer or device that is connected to a secured wifi network while on campus (not the guest network).

Registered Mount Sinai volunteers, observers, interns, visiting students and temporary employees/researchers who would like remote access to library resources, should contact their department to request a Mount Sinai account and credentials through Sailpoint.
