Once you have received an email confirming that your item is ready, you can pick up the item at the delivery location listed in your ILLiad account profile.

If you do not remember or need to update your delivery location, please log into your ILLiad account and click on Change User Information. 


You can your delivery location or set a new location by clicking on the drop down menu and choosing one of the listed libraries. Please note, you can only designate ONE pick up location in your profile. All ILL materials will be delivered to the location listed in your account profile.  



If you have requested a physical item such as a book or DVD, you will receive an email for the library confirming that the item is ready to be picked up.If Levy Library is your delivery location, you can pick up the item during library circulation hours.

If you are picking up an item from our Beth Israel, St. Luke's, or Mount Sinai West locations, please contact the library for pick up hours and instructions.
