Which of the following are you trying to do/login to?

1. If you are attempting to use library resources from off-campus, you should be using your network ID and password.  If your network ID and/or password aren't working, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.  For more information on off-campus access and to find the appropriate Help Desk contact for your location, please see:

2. If you are attempting to renew books or other library materials you've checked out, you should be using your My Library Account username and password. Your username is the 13 digit library barcode found on the back of your Mount Sinai ID.  Your password is a password of your choosing that you set when you created your My Library Account.  For more detailed instructions, including information on how to reset your password, please see:

3. If you are attempting to request an item that is not part of our collection through our Interlibrary Loan service, you should be using your ILLiad username and password.  Your ILLiad username is the same as your network ID.  Your password is a password of your choosing that you set when you created your ILLiad account.  For help accessing your ILLiad account, please contact ill-e-delivery@mssm.edu
