Mount Sinai Credentials

If you have issues with your Mount Sinai credentials and need to reset your password, Mount Sinai Health System employees, except those employed through Mount Sinai South Nassau, will now reset their password through Microsoft’s Azure self-service password reset platform. In order to use this platform, students and staff must register their password reset security questions. Once registered, note that the new link for password reset is passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. For step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password, click here

If you continue to have issues with your Mount Sinai credentials and password, please contact the IT Helpdesk for your campus
