Q. Why was my access blocked for excessive downloads?

Library users may download multiple articles and other electronic materials for academic studies and research. However, downloads of entire journals are not permitted. In addition, downloading large amounts data from a single publishing platform within a 24 hour period is also not permitted.

In cases of excessive downloading activity, your access to online content will be automatically blocked.

Such behavior seriously violates the license agreements, and leads to severe consequences that affect the whole institution. This includes institutional blockage of the journal or publishing platform or termination of the resource from the publisher.
