Users can print from their personal devices using PaperCut Mobility.
For users who have difficulty with PaperCut Mobility (or prefer the experience on the Library's public computers), you can download the PaperCut Client.

PaperCut Mobility Print
PaperCut Mobility Print is recommended for the following:
- Mobile devices
- As an alternative for users who do not want the idle time logout feature.

How to Install MacOS PaperCut Client
If you have issues with this custom client, use PaperCut Mobility instead.
- In order to install MacOS PaperCut Client, first download the installer file.
- Once downloaded, open/extract the file PaperCut_MacOS_2024.dmg.
- Right-click (or two-finger click) on the .pkg file and select Open With > Installer.
Note: you must use the Open With command, otherwise the file will not install.
How to Install Windows PaperCut Client
If you have issues with this custom client, use PaperCut Mobility instead.
- In order to install Windows PaperCut Client, first download the installer file.
- Once downloaded, extract and run pc-client.exe.
- Go to Settings (WIN + I), select Devices, then Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner.
- Select The printer that I want isn't listed.
- Paste into the text field: \\zeuspwapppct01.msnyuhealth.org\Library_Public
- Run the PaperCut MF Client.
- Print to Library_Public printer.
Note: you must use the Open With command, otherwise the file will not install.
Notes:
- In order to download the software or access PaperCut, your device must be connected to a secured Mount Sinai network.
- You may need to be logged into your personal app store account in order to download to a personal device.
- PaperCut Client or Mobility Print cannot be installed on MSHS managed devices.
