UpToDate is a point-of-care clinical decision support system, licensed by the Levy Library that is accessible via Epic or directly from a web browser or the Levy Library website. It can be accessed from campus, remotely, or through the mobile app by creating a user account while connected to the Mount Sinai network.

If you already created the account, access it from uptodate.com/login. If you don't have an account yet, here is how to do it:

  1. Go to uptodate.com/login-register (or to uptodate.com/login and click Register). To be able to do it, you must be connected to a Mount Sinai network or via the Mount Sinai VPN.
  2. Complete the registration process using your Mount Sinai email address. After that, you can use the new log-in information from anywhere. UpToDate is also available via the mobile phone app (iOS | Android) using the same account credentials.

Your UpToDate account will be active and available for 90 days. You will be required to re-verify your account every 90 days by signing into your UpToDate account while connected to a Mount Sinai network or via Mount Sinai VPN.
