Why am I seeing a registration page when I access UpToDate?
Some users who access UpToDate will first see a "Complete Registration" page. This is the default landing page that our UpToDate vendor has redirected out users to in order to register for a personal account. This registration page is OPTIONAL and will not affect one's ability to use and search UpToDate. If you do not want to register for a personal account, please disregard this registration page and begin your search by entering your query in the search engine at the top or by clicking one of the tools in the UpToDate banner menu.
What are the benefits of registering for a personal UpToDate account?
We recommend registering for a personal UpToDate account if you are planning on earning and redeeming CME/CE/CPD credits while you work, are planning on downloading and using the UpToDate mobile app, or you would like to merge another personal UpToDate account that was created and used at another institution.
