If you're experiencing issues where your print job isn't being verified or processed, the most likely cause is incorrect credentials. Follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check Your Name and Password :
- In your Print Center application window, look for the small lock icon with an arrow around it next to your print job. Click the Lock icon.

The password box will open and you will enter your Mount Sinai email address and associated password.

Note: you can choose to remember this password in your keychain but if you change your Mount Sinai password, you will need to manually update your PaperCut login information in the keychain.

Print your document.
- In your Print Center application window, look for the small lock icon with an arrow around it next to your print job. Click the Lock icon.

Clear Stored Credentials on Your Mac:
- If the password box does not open, you can clear the stored credentials in your Keychain on your Mac (How to access and view information stored in a keychain)
- With the Keychain open, search for Library_Mobility and delete any saved credentials associated with Library_Mobility.
- After deleting the credentials, try printing again and the password box will open so you can enter your email address and password.
- Account Locked Due to Multiple Failed Attempts / Expired Password
- If your password does not work, you may need to unlock your account or reset your password.
- To unlock your account, go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com and follow the instructions to unlock your credentials OR
