If you're experiencing issues where your print job isn't being verified or processed, the most likely cause is incorrect credentials. Follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Check Your Credentials:
- On your Print Center app window, look for the small lock icon (with an arrow around it) next to your print job. Click it to bring up the login screen again.
Make sure to use your Mount Sinai email in the "Name" field to ensure proper authentication.
-
Clear Stored Credentials on Your Mac:
- Alternatively, you can search for Keychain Access on your Mac.
- Once there, search for Library_Mobility and delete any saved credentials related to this.
- After doing this, try printing again.
-
Account Locked Due to Multiple Failed Attempts:
If the previous solutions didn’t work, it's possible that your account has been locked due to too many incorrect login attempts. (Frustratingly, there is no alert which indicates if this has happened.)
- To unlock your account, go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com and follow the instructions to unlock your credentials OR
- Contact Hospital IT at (212) 241-7091 OR
- Visit Academic IT in the Levy Library on Annenberg 11 (students/school staff only)
