If you are unable to access IP-based resources while onsite (such as AORN's eGuidelines platform), temporarily disabling Zscaler on your computer will solve this issue. To disable Zscaler on a Windows machine,
- Open the Windows Start menu.
- Type "zscaler" into the search field.
- Zscaler app information will appear in the app info panel on the right side of the menu. Select the Open option in that panel.

- When the Zscaler client opens, select the TURN OFF option. You will now be able to access IP-based resources.

- When you are finished with the resource, open the Zscaler client once again and select the TURN ON option to resume the Zscaler service.
