If you installed Zotero directly from the zotero.org website rather than the Mount Sinai Application Launcher or Start Menu, the Zotero add-on for Microsoft Word will not work. The add-on works in Word through a Zotero Word template that uses a macro.
In order for you to enable macros, you are required to add the enable macros role to your user access profile in SailPoint.

Note: If you followed the Mount Sinai installation instructions and added the roles to your profile, and still the ribbon does not appear in Word, please contact the Library at refdesk@mssm.edu for a consultation.
